Scope and terms.

The check is free. Paid work needs a written scope and your agreement.

USFiled is a service of Advantage Services. We are not a bank. Banks and platforms make their own decisions. We correct records within scope; you resubmit. We do not offer appeals, held-fund recovery, substitute owners or false addresses.

All prices are in US dollars. State and government fees are separate. Custom work, extra bookkeeping and sales tax are quoted before work begins. One discount applies at a time.

Set up right includes a free re-check if you are refused afterwards. Formation and state fees are not refunded. Stay clean is earned in twelve parts. Cancel before the next charge; paid parts cover work to date and any filing due in the paid period. Records and agent changes are handed over.

Returns depend on the entity, transactions and preparer review. IRS penalty relief is the IRS’s decision. Home-country obligations remain separate.
